LifeSaver Simplified is dedicated to assisting local businesses in effectively managing their human resources by alleviating their burden and enabling them to focus on their core operations.

We assist businesses in attracting and hiring the best talent for their organization. Our consultants can help develop effective recruitment strategies, conduct candidate assessments, and streamline the hiring process.
Recruiting fees per person, 20% for the hourly wage for the first 90 days of employment
Executive level recruiting, 15% for the person’s annual salary at the time of hire. 90-day guarantee, if the person shows not to be a good fit LS Simplified will backfill the person at no cost.

We are equipped to take on the daily tasks such as processing payroll, scheduling, tracking attendance, and more.
Payroll, $40 per month plus $5.00 per person per month.
Scheduling, $50 per month plus any additional software cost if needed.

We offer customized training programs tailored to meet the specific needs of each organization. Our consultants can conduct skills assessments, develop training curriculums, and facilitate training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

As a small business owner, she has firsthand experience dealing with the challenges business owners face. Lifesaver simplified was created to assist growing businesses navigate through those challenges.
Mercie is community-minded and enjoys volunteering to support organizations making an impact. Her heart is to help others overcome obstacles and empower them to live a life of abundance. As a mother of three beautiful daughters, spending time as a family is one of life's richest rewards. Her goal is that LifeSaver Simplified will give business owners a healthy work-life balance.
